Andreas Fankhauser has ten years of experience in resolving high-profile and complex disputes through litigation, arbitration and meditation. He has worked both as counsel and as a judge. His practice is devoted primarily to providing advice and to the resolution of disputes concerning:
- aviation and aerospace
- competition and trade
- corporate and commercial matters
- business crime.
A particular focus are European-Chinese business relations.
Andreas Fankhauser also regularly deals with attachment orders securing money claims, provisional measures and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
Prior to founding gbf Attorneys-at-law, Andreas Fankhauser was an associate at a leading business law firm in Zurich, as well as a judge and a legal secretary in the District Court of Zurich.
He was admitted to the bar in 2000 and speaks German, English and French.
