Mr. Hove-Masaisai specialises in the fields of International Trade, Maritime Law, Oil and Gas Law Intellectual Property, Defamation, Entertainment, Sports, Property, Immigration, Personal Injury Law and Family law. He is also the head of our High Court Litigation team.
Mr. Hove-Masaisai spent five years reading Law in the United Kingdom and Two years Practicing Both Civil and Criminal Law in London. He achieved his Law degree from Huddersfield University, attended and graduated Law School at the prestigious College of Law in London Bloomsbury and gained a Masters of Sports & Entertainment Law Degree from Nottingham Law School.
In the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago he spent three years training, practicing and shadowing senior Attorneys and Barristers in High Court Civil Litigation matters before achieving Senior Partner status at Hove & Associates, Attorneys-at-Law. He is dedicated to continuous legal training and advancement of his status in the socio-legal Caribbean Fraternity and is recognized by his peers as an innovator and leader in the legal profession.
Mr Hove- Masaisai advises numerous International businesses on effectively setting up and operating in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, he has that unique ability of getting the project done. He is not just an expert in his chosen fields of practice, he also prides himself on understanding all aspects of his client’s industry and working practices.
