Jelena's employment law
practice includes a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment
law and HR issues. She advises clients in relation to drafting and
reviewing employment contracts and handbooks, redundancy processes and general
day to day HR management. She represents both employers and employees before
courts in labor-related matters which include breach of contract, unfair
dismissal, redundancy, various types of discrimination and whistle-blowing.
Her practice areas also
include corporate and M&A, TMT, arbitration and administrative proceedings
as well as sports law.
She has been advising
internet and telecommunication companies from their entry into Serbian market
through their development phases until their market exit. Additionally, she
served as a board member of a telecommunication company in Serbia.
Jelena has extensive
experience in representing clients before state agencies, competent ministries
and Administrative Court. She has been a member of Law Office Milošević arbitration
team in several international commercial and investment arbitration.
She has significant
experience and practice in sports law involving both domestic and international
dimensions, representing sportsman in disputes before FIFA and other
international sport arbitration tribunals.
