Anna Moshe is a Senior Partner represents early stage and mature hi-tech companies for 22 years and is Chair of the Russian and CIS Group at Pearl Cohen's Tel Aviv office.

Anna focuses her practice on commercial transactions with a strong background in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, high tech, corporate financing, EPC projects and more. In addition, Anna specializes in transactions involving parties from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Anna's team supports clients through high profile transactions in various industries, including high tech, agriculture, aircraft, co-ownership/development of intellectual property, software and telecommunication. Anna's services include assistance in obtaining required authorizations and licenses, incorporation of local entities, advice regarding employment of local human resources, implementation of projects, and when necessary – related litigation and collection procedures.

Anna is a Notary and is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Anna established MBKB & Co., was a senior associate in the Israeli law firm of Yigal Arnon & Co., served as President of FavoWeb Ltd., and acted as General Counsel, Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer in Emblaze Group. She also served as a legal adviser for the Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce and Industry, constantly encouraging cooperation between the Tel Aviv and Toronto Stock Exchange markets.
