Rob is highly capable in all aspects of protecting, commercialising and enforcing intellectual property rights across the globe. He is a respected patent & trade marks attorney, specialising in life-science technologies. He has drafted and prosecuted patent and trade mark applications across the globe; managed intellectual property portfolios containing 500+ patent, trade mark and design family members.
He is a product launch strategist and has managed and conducted Freedom to Operate analyses for launches of products in multiple technology areas across multiple jurisdictions,. He has significant experience in generic pharmaceutical product launches.
Rob has strong contentious matter capabilities and is a formidable litigator, managing patent and trademark oppositions and litigation, as well as general commercial litigation.
