The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. Global Law Experts places great value on your privacy and meets the high standards set by the new regulation, dated May 25, 2018. Any data that you submit to our website or via any other means may be added to our database. Although you do not have to provide any personal data to use most of the Global Law Experts website, if you wish to use some of our more bespoke member services, you will be asked to input certain data.
www.globallawexperts.com: Global Law Experts utilises Google Analytics to log basic information, such as frequency of clicks, of users accessing the website. This is to monitor the effectiveness of the website, but we do not allow Google to identity those visitors to the site.
This privacy notice does not extend to any links on www.globallawexperts.com that enable access to external websites. It is advised that in those circumstances you read the respective privacy statements pertaining to the other websites you visit beyond our own.
Global Law experts utilises a third party (www.controlandshift.com ) to maintain the performance and security of the website. This third party’s role is to securely process the IP addresses of all visitors to the site.
Inbound/outbound e-mail delivery is secure and filtered via a third-party anti-spam service. E-mails runs on a Microsoft Exchange Server, which uses TLS by default to encrypt the connection/session between two servers. Any inbound/outbound e-mails may not be protected in transit. We also monitor the e-mails that we receive, including any file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. You have a responsibility to ensure that any e-mail you send is within the boundaries of the law.
