Adam M. Mack

Adam Mack, advocate, was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and raised in the Great Falls, Montana area. He married his wife Tiffany in 2004, and they have four children together. Mr Mack enjoys pursuing outdoor hobbies in his spare time. While the most important part of his life is his family, he is also involved in his church and serves there each week, having also served a two‐year mission for his church in Houston, Texas.

Mr Mack was drawn to the law, and specifically advocacy, from an early age, leading him to earn a BA in Social Work from Brigham Young University in Idaho. During this experience studying and practising as a social worker, his passion for advocacy led him to receive his JD from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS.

Today, Mr Mack’s primary practice areas are bankruptcy and personal injury law; meanwhile, he has gained significant experience representing a broad clientele in family law, estate planning, probate and guardianship, as well as conservatorship. This varied legal scope and wide-ranging experience is combined with a deep understanding and has, over the years, enabled him to adapt to an ever-changing legal landscape. He is particularly effective at navigating the complex interplay than can occur across practice areas and their related doctrines, for example bankruptcy and divorce, or bankruptcy and insolvency. The breadth of his expertise in these intersecting areas ensures that his clients are provided with a working understanding of how their actions and legal decisions will impact all areas of their lives.

Moreover, and perhaps most significantly, Mr Mack is truly passionate about owning and working in a law practice, and finds the work professionally and personally engaging, as well as fulfilling. He places an extremely high value on having the opportunity to advocate for his clients, and will always endeavour to arrive at the best and most advantageous outcome.
