Dr. Arne Vogel studied law in Kiel, Germany and Thessaloniki, Greece and then worked as a legal assistant at the University of Kiel. After his second state examination in 2008, he started his career as a lawyer in Hamburg in the field of Corporate / M & A in one of the world's largest commercial law firms. In 2010 he completed his doctoral thesis on the liability of members of the boards of listed stock corporations. In 2014 Arne Vogel joined a medium-sized commercial law firm in Hamburg, Germany, where he deepened his knowledge in insolvency law. At the beginning of 2018 he became a partner in K+ Korten Rechtsanwälte AG in Hamburg.

Attorney Dr. Arne Vogel is a member of the Board of Examiners for Chartered Accountants in Germany and co-author of the World Bank's annual Doing Business Report. He regularly publishes articles and lectures on Business Law issues. In 2018 he was appointed as lecturer for Capital Markets Law at the University of Applied Sciences Fresenius in Hamburg, Germany.
