Anita is the founder of HK Law Office.
Anita has extensive experience and deep understanding of complex contractual relations in commercial and private relations, with strong emphasis on FIDIC construction contracts. She continuously provides legal support in identification, assessment, reduction or mitigation of risks arising from high value contracts related to infrastructural and energy projects, wind farms, construction of industrial plants as well as electrical vehicles charging stations and new technologies.
Anita's representation of clients includes complex court procedures with regard to remedy of construction defects on large-scale objects and distinctive multiparty arrangements. She has participated in numerous due diligence procedures within acquisition of companies in telecommunication, hotel and oil industry and retail.

Following Anita's years of experience in advising landlords and tenants, the HK Law Office provides legal advice and negotiations related to shopping mall leases and leases of business premises (including hotels, cinemas, and logistic parks).
