Anil Upadhyay

Anil is a veteran Corporate Lawyer with over three decades of experience working at senior management level for the world’s largest and most broadly based healthcare company. Anil has worked as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, for India Operations, closely supporting business of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, FMCG Consumer Business and Corporate Affairs. Throughout his career, he has gained deep leadership experience through managing complex, business issues and has delivered strong results for the business with innovative solutions. His area of specialisation and expertise includes Regulatory Laws Governing Healthcare Business, Drug Pricing Regulation, Clinical Trial,  Intellectual Property Rights, Merger, acquisition, Brand licencing, Corporate restructuring, Government affairs, Property Laws, Employment Laws and Litigation strategy.  He is highly regarded in various Industry Organisations for his proactive, participative and collaborative approach in shaping external environment and Public Policy issues.
