It provides assistance to issuers and financial intermediaries with reference to information to be disclosed to the market, takeover bids and delisting transactions, also assisting regulated and non-regulated corporate entities with reference to issues relating to their governance and relations with their own shareholders.
Researcher at the University of Rome of "Tor Vergata", Salvatore is an expert in the subject of European Business Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University with whose chair he collaborates, studying and deepening the legal and economic aspects of financial instruments innovative and alternative.
Salvatore graduated in law summa cum laude and special mention from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2016. In 2018 he also obtained a master's degree in Economics in Professional Consulting and Business Auditing.
