For almost 25 years, she has been developing consulting, training, coaching ventures on 4 continents and 8 different countries (France, UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Morocco, Turkey and Spain), both as a corporate consultant and an international entrepreneurial leader, across a range of different industries including IT, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Education, Security, Media.

She started her career as a business consultant, managing Working Capital optimization projects for major industrial groups in Europe and the United States within a leading-edge consulting firm. Then, as a Partner and Managing Director, she managed her professional training company in France for more than 10 years, developing added value and tailored made managerial training content & approaches for thousands of employees and state agents. Transitioning to Casablanca in 2015, she created, launched and deployed the African Executive Education offer of a world-class business school, leading team and processes related to Executive programs.

Back in Europe, she has extended her digital coaching reach to both continents, Europe and Africa. She supports her clients in their transition, evolution, innovation endeavors, helping them to step back from complex situations, while providing relevant tools and resources that contribute to their growth. Her humanizing coaching approach help them gain overall clarity, momentum and structure. Her positive energy and her capacity to be in alliance with them is key to their success in achieving their goals. With like-minded agile coaches, she created the “Women Shifting Programme”, an international targeted online coaching programme to support women entrepreneurs in their heroes’ journey.

As a management and communication focused published author, Sandrine wrote numerous books dedicated to professional efficiency (public speaking, conducting professional interviews, meeting management). She is also a contributing writer to several digital media including Brainz Magazine and Expatpro.
