Fabrizio Iliceto

Partner – graduated Magna Cum Laude in Law at the University of Naples, ‘Federico II’ in 1999.
He was admitted to the bar in 2002.
From 1999 to 2001 he worked with the firm of Guardamagna, Malcovati and Moro Visconti in Milan, where he mainly dealt with commercial, corporate, patent and copyright litigation.
From 2001 to 2004 he worked with the firm of Carlo d’Urso (as of 2004, d’Urso, Munari, Gatti), initially in Milan and then in Rome, principally providing legal advice on M&A operations, stock market listings, the securitization of credits, as well as the routine handling of commercial law cases.
From 2004 to 2011 he worked with the firm of Chiomenti Studio Legale, at first in Rome (until 2009) and then in Hong Kong (until 2011), where he mainly provided legal advice on capital market transactions, such as initial public offerings, takeover bids, rights issues of listed companies and bond issues. He has also handled M&A operations, especially from China and Hong Kong towards Italy and vice versa. Furthermore, he was the promoter of the proceedings which saw Italy’s recognition – by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange – as an accepted jurisdiction of incorporation for the listing of Italian companies on the Hong Kong stock market.
He has been a partner of Borgognoni Vimercati, Romano &Partners since 2011.
He continues to assist large Italian and international industrial and banking groups.
He is mother tongue Italian and speaks fluent English.
