These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions") explain the contractual agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and any activities and transactions you may conduct through the Site. 4. Submitting text for publication on Global Law Experts
Users of our site may submit material for publication in various areas of the site, including our online news and events submission application (www.admin.globallawexperts.com). We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.

If you want to submit material to us for publication on www.globallawexperts.com, you may do so on the following terms and conditions:

1.publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication, or to refuse publication.

3.you warrant to us that any material you submit to us is your own original work, unless otherwise stated and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights.

5.you agree not to post material which is deliberately intended to upset other users.

7.we reserve the right to remove your access to individual services completely if we believe you are abusing the services in any way.

1.We appreciate that we have an international audience, but since we publish content in English, the language of conversation on the site should also be English. As such, contributions that cannot be understood by the majority of participants may be removed.

We understand that you may wish to quote from external sources, but please try and refrain from copying and pasting extensively, which not only slows down the discussion, but potentially leads to copyright problems. It's definitely better to post a short quote or synopsis and a link to the original article.
3.We will remove any posts that are obviously commercial or otherwise spam-like. There are technology features in place, which can help to identify spam in content or delivery form and prevent it from being published on the site, but some may slip through.

Unless otherwise noted, the content of the Website, including all images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials are protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. 6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other, for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any cause beyond the first party's reasonable control including without limitation any power failure and the actions of internet service providers and users.

Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right conferred shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof or of any other right on any later occasion.

We reserve the right to vary these terms from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and the provision of the service on the Website shall be governed by, English law.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 You give consent that all personal data you submit may be processed and retained by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose or make available such data to any other party.

10.4 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Our Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. Global Law Experts places great value on your privacy and meets the high standards set by the new regulation, dated May 25, 2018. Any data that you submit to our website or via any other means may be added to our database. Visitors to www.globallawexperts.com: Global Law Experts utilises Google Analytics to log basic information, such as frequency of clicks, of users accessing the website. This is to monitor the effectiveness of the website, but we do not allow Google to identity those visitors to the site.
External Websites: This privacy notice does not extend to any links on www.globallawexperts.com that enable access to external websites. It is advised that in those circumstances you read the respective privacy statements pertaining to the other websites you visit beyond our own.
Performance/Security: Global Law Experts utilises a third party (www.controlandshift.com ) to maintain the performance and security of the website. This third party’s role is to securely process the IP addresses of all visitors to the site.

Inbound/Outbound E-mails: Inbound/outbound e-mail delivery is secure and filtered via a third-party anti-spam service. E-mails runs on a Microsoft Exchange Server, which uses TLS by default to encrypt the connection/session between two servers. Any inbound/outbound e-mails may not be protected in transit. We also monitor the e-mails that we receive, including any file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. You have a responsibility to ensure that any e-mail you send is within the boundaries of the law.

Individuals Promoting Their Services Through Global Law Experts: Any data collected by us was provided voluntary. This includes the personal data provided upon your initial registration, as well as the data inputted when you sign in to our services via third parties such as Google and Facebook. We also receive your data when you upload personal information to our website or when you contact us directly. Please note that although we undertake great efforts to preserve the security of your data and any user content, we can not guarantee absolute protection of such data published or otherwise shared with Global Law Experts. Job Applications and Payroll Data: Global Law Experts is the data controller for any information that you provide, unless stated otherwise. All data that you provide will be used solely for the express purpose of progressing your application or employment, or to fulfil any legal or regulatory requirements that may be necessary. If you are successful in an application, any data that you have submitted will be kept on file as part of our employee records for the duration of your employment, plus an additional three years following the end of your employment.
